Hosting a R.A.D. or P.D.R. Session
Currently we are offering our RAD & PDR courses as Custom Group Sessions. What this means is that if you would like to host your own session (at our Academy or a location of your choice) we will work with you on setting this up. A lot of our clients really like this process because they can attend the course with their friends, family members or co-workers. We find that this makes learning self defense not only more inviting due to the familiarity of training with people that you know, but it also make the learning experience more fun.
It is actually quite easy to set up a Custom Session!
All you need is a minimum of 10 people (a maximum of 30 per session), we will then custom design the session for your group's particular safety issues. Some of the factors to consider are: the length of the session (usually people choose to host a 3-4 hour session, however some groups prefer to have multiple sessions to cover more curriculum), the nature of the curriculum (general self defense, date rape/ground defense, presentation/lecture format, home place safety, workplace safety, etc.), the location for the session, the number of attendees, and the registration process*.
* There is a substantial discount available if you organize the session and distribute the registration papers amongst the members of your group (downloadable right off our website).

General Self Defense Course … This introductory level course has been designed to meet the needs of a diverse group with different self defense concerns and needs.
Teen Date Rape Prevention Course … This training is extremely important for young girls, especially when going off to college!!
Small Business and Corporate Courses … We have worked with both DELL & Motorola, as well as many, many other smaller Austin Based Businesses.
Workplace Safety Course … Very popular with Real Estate Agents - add that extra sense of security to your work environment!!
Self Defense Presentation/Lecture … This format is great for Business Group meetings, High School Safety Presentations, Sorority Houses, Neighborhood Association, etc.
Neighborhood Watch Course … Help to make your residential community a safer place for your family to live in!!
Mother & Daughter Course … This is always a very popular session; an excellent bonding experience for Mothers and Daughters :)
Family Safety Course … Protect each member of your family by learning how to work together as a team. This course is always a wonderful session; the empowerment that comes from the training always helps to bring families closer together :)
