I wanted to share with you what I perceive as the positive benefits from following the Satori Flow training. Usually, several hours after my work out routine at the gym, I experience a soreness and stiffness in different parts of my body. I had accepted these 'aches and pain' as a part of the process of the body getting older. Several hours after the Martial Yoga exercises, I was NOT experiencing my usual aches and pains and actually felt more relaxed and my whole nervous system felt much calmer.
