Satori Flow, in a Nutshell …

Stress, negative emotion and physical tension seperate us from the flow of life-force energy. The symptoms that arise from this disconnect can range from mild irritation to intense anxiety and even physical illness or injury. The Perfect Blend:

Sensei Tristan Truscott created this program while looking for ways to heal a back injury that lasted for over 5 years. Even surgery did not heal his condition, but a specific blend of ancient healing disciplines did. He calls it Satori Flow. (Flowing with Awareness).

1 - Qigong (mind-body health techniques) remove illness causing energy blockages. By learning how to clear these energy blockages and facilitate the healthy flow of Chi (Life-Force Energy) throughout your ‘energy body’ (meridian system), you can add vibrant and healthy years back into your life.

2 - Martial Yoga exercises relieve stiff muscles and joint pain, help to heal old injuries( such as chronic neck and back pain), and improve the whole body’s range of motion. This mind-body yoga method involves a blend of circular martial arts stretching movements that actually unwind the muscle tension and in return release the pain upon the joints.

3 - T’ai Chi uses gentle and fluid martial arts movements that increase your balance and coordination, relieve pain from stiff muscles and achy joints, develop toned muscles and increase your flexibility. T’ai Chi is also a form of moving Meditation, so it helps center you while increasing the flow of Life-Force energy in your body.
